As a part of the Vision Gland Collective, I had the opportunity to build an interactive art installation, The KaleidoscopiCave. Inspired greatly by geometric abstraction, I played with different forms and angles of the three-dimensional space.

This spring, in a class on Robotic Arts, I took a step towards creating a piece that is not only kinetic but computer controlled!  

Spectacular materials, shimmering surfaces, and never-ending textures captured my attention all weekend long!

I was so honored to be selected to be part of the Texas Sculpture Group's exhibition at Texas State Art Galleries Curated by Chad Dawkins.  

I've been playing with a thinking about this project for a long time!  Color, shadow, and materials have always fascinated me and all three elements came together in this series that I created and exhibited at Walker Fine Art in Denver.  

In March I went from 80 degree weather to 8!  But no complaints here!  I miss the days of wearing sweaters, watching the snow outside, and being inspired by all of the amazing artists and writers I got to meet at my Vermont Studio Center Residency.  

Walker Fine Art is now representing my artwork. It was exciting to be part of the exhibition "Extraction".  I went to Denver for the opening and got to meet the other talented artists that were a part of the show. This gallery is located in Denver and presents cutting-edge work in abstraction, experimental photography, and realism. 

Dance Waterloo and Jonny Rogers Music created a beautiful magical performance on one of the coldest nights I've ever experienced in Austin.

In collaboration with Rodolofo Magnus and Hanna Lupico we created Skylines for the City of Austin Tempo Program.

The Art Alliance Austin invited me to create a piece for the Downtown Holiday Stroll.  For this project I wanted to create an immersive installation that would invite the viewers to be a part of the piece.
